[PHOTOS] Chaplains offer Christ’s comfort to broken-hearted students, parents in Michigan

The Oxford community, Michigan, is mourning the loss of four young lives after a 15-year-old student opened fire at Oxford High School on Tuesday.

Six chaplains trained in crisis situations with Billy Graham’s Rapid Response Team are serving in the city, offering Christ’s comfort through prayer, listening to ears and a shoulder to cry on.

“As we respond to natural and man-made disasters around the world, none are heartbreaking from school shootings,” said Josh Holland, assistant director of Billy Graham’s rapid response team.
